Welllll this can’t be a good sign? Can it?
So, I’m going to need one of you to make this chocolate cinnamon pecan babka recipe and report back to me, or possibly just…mail it to me directly? I’ll accept either solution.
I’ve been taking out my aggressions on yeast doughs recently; I’m still fighting the battle that is challah (I tend to mix in too much flour and get a dry, dense loaf that, thankfully, still makes really good french toast), so I’ve gone down a few rungs of complexity to this one-rise-only cinnamon swirl bread recipe in hopes of aggregating sufficient experience points.
But for the hot spring weather and my lack of a stand mixer with a dough hook I would be knee deep in breads.
