Hello, my dears!
Welcome to Week #1 (of 6) in which I step away from page updates, instead  catching up on the Notes section and beginning the technical work to assemble the next print volume. I love adding notes for pages, going into more detail on bits and bobs that appear in the story and have some greater historical or scientific interest. (And occasionally talking trash about the characters; I’m only human.)
Turns out I have over 100 pages with no annotations yet! How remiss I’ve been. So if you’ve never visited the Notes section, this is the perfect opportunity for you to catch up right along with me. You don’t have to read the notes – nothing story-relevant is explained in there that isn’t made clear on the page (at least eventually) – but they’re 100% guaranteed to give you at least one weird cocktail party factoid.
This week I’m covering pages 240-249. Topics covered include character design, pork preservation, ancient dental remedies, and mummification supplies. Join me!
Will you have a kick starter for book 2?
