Doubtless you already know that Emily Carroll‘s wonderful book of stories, Through the Woods, is out this week in North America and the UK! I’ve loved Emily’s work for over a decade, and when she started doing comics some years ago it was an immense delight. This book collects five stories, some familiar to her existing audience and some entirely new ones as well. Creepy, gory, elegant, spooky – they’re all beautiful and intense. Go find a copy!
