THIS WEEKEND: I will not, sadly, be at VanCAF in Vancouver BC. But if you are in the Vancouver area, don’t miss this show! It’s one of the best conventions of its size on any continent, packed with more wonderful creators than should be physically possible.

It’s a great “first” show – if you’ve been intimidated by giant conventions before (the price, the size, the noise, etc…), have kids in tow, prefer small press book culture over mass media events, or don’t care to trek all the way down to the States for an afternoon of funnybook shopping, VanCAF is your handy one-stop solution.
