Hello my dears –
I’m terribly sorry to miss this update. If you follow me elsewhere online, you’ll know it’s been a sad week in my house; we lost our dear wee pooch to cancer with extremely little warning. Between the rotten shock of the loss and a couple of hard deadlines, I was left with no time for the comic, and didn’t have the heart necessary to do a good job on it, either. These next pages are too important to rush or phone in.
So I will take the weekend to recover my spirit a little and be back next week with continued adventures in Nolte family dynamics. Thank you all for your patience; you’ve been tremendously sweet. I’ll see you next week – in the meantime, if you have a special creature in your life, give it a squeeze for me.

Oh hells. So sorry to hear it Dylan. Take care.
I’m so sorry about your doggie! They must have been really special. *hugs*
aw, that sucks. it’s always so hard to say goodbye to furry friends. *hugs*
i squeezed my kitty, but she was not appreciative.
So sorry for the loss of your pup! It can be especially hard when it sneaks up on you. Take care.
So sorry to hear, my dear. When I lost my Shar-Pei I was distraught. We were together for almost 13 years. Best friends. The ache eventually gets to a point you can stand it.
