Aaaaaand another week where an unforeseen book emergency ate my working time.  On Thursday I was suddenly faced with a five-hour window in which to analyze proofs of the entire book and overnight them back to Quebec in order to stay on deadline.  Without getting a chance to eat.  And multiple bus trips.

This week’s page is penciled (because I planned ahead!  Just not enough), so inks and colors will happen on Friday and I’ll upload as soon as I can.

One hell of a thing, printing this book.  Hopefully all the panic and work will pay off with a good-looking volume!  I can say from the proofs I’ve received that it is going to be BIG.  Full-color letter size makes for a commanding piece of reading – a remarkable difference from screen viewing.  It’ll be neat to see how it comes out.  Hopefully I’ll get have a solid night’s sleep, a square meal and a hot shower before then…
