Hwoof! This page took some drawin’, let me tell you. I’m still inking with pen and paper, but virtually everything else (layouts, pencils, coloring)  came out of the newly-released Manga Studio 5 EX, using the fabulous new extended brush set by Ray Frenden. Christmas in July!

If you have access to a tablet or stylus and enjoy digital drawing and comics-making, please accept my earnest recommendation. MS5 has reduced my production time so much that I no longer have to pull face-breakingly late nights to finish pages like this in time, and Ray’s brushes have made much of the process measurably more enjoyable.
